What happened just before justice Scalia died is raising some serious questions.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was arguably the most conservative Supreme Court Justice in history.
He respected the Constitution and never involved in politics. His landmark decision in District of Columbia v. Heller, protected our Second Amendment right to posses a firearm at home. He was a critic of Roe v. Wadeand dissented in last term’s same-sex marriage cases. He believed that marriage should be decided by the people, not the courts.
He always put the people in front of politics, so Obama wasn’t very fond of him. That doesn’t really mean that Obama went as far as ordering his death, but there are some serious questions being asked about his mysterious death. Let’s look at what we were told according to CNN:
“SCALIA DIED IN HIS SLEEP DURING A VISIT TO TEXAS. A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL SAID SCALIA WENT TO BED FRIDAY NIGHT AND TOLD FRIENDS HE WASN’T FEELING WELL. HE DIDN’T GET UP FOR BREAKFAST ON SATURDAY MORNING, AND THE GROUP HE WAS WITH FOR A HUNTING TRIP LEFT WITHOUT HIM. SOMEONE AT THE RANCH WENT IN TO CHECK ON HIM AND FOUND HIM UNRESPONSIVE.”
Scalia was 79 and a little overweight, so, a heart attack is likely to happen, but the timing was kind of suspicious.
VITAL legislation on Obama’s climate change initiative was blocked in a 5-4 vote by the Supreme Court just a few days ago.
The Hill previously reported on the Supremes’ decision, and explains why this vote was so important to the Obama administration.
“THE COURT GRANTED THE REQUEST IN A 5-4 VOTE ON TUESDAY NIGHT, SAYING THE RULE WAS ON HOLD NTIL THE CIRCUIT COURT REVIEWS IT AND SUPREME COURT APPEALS ARE EXHAUSTED. THE COURT’S FOUR LIBERAL JUSTICES DISSENTED FROM THE DECISION.
THE RULE — THE CLEAN POWER PLAN — IS THE MAIN PLANK OF OBAMA’S CLIMATE CHANGE AGENDA. IT’S DESIGNED TO CUT CARBON POLLUTION FROM THE ELECTRICITY SECTOR BY 32 PERCENT OVER 2005 LEVELS BY 2030 BY ASSIGNING STATES INDIVIDUAL REDUCTION TARGETS BASED ON THEIR ENERGY MIX.
WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY JOSH EARNEST SAID IN A STATEMENT THAT THE ADMINISTRATION DISAGREES WITH THE ORDER, BUT ‘WE REMAIN CONFIDENT THAT WE WILL PREVAIL’ WHEN THE RULE IS ARGUED ON ITS MERITS.
THE STAY MEANS OBAMA WILL LIKELY LEAVE OFFICE WITH THE FATE OF HIS PREMIER CLIMATE POLICY UNDECIDED.
THE CIRCUIT COURT PLANS TO HEAR ARGUMENTS ON THE RULE IN JUNE, MEANING THE SUPREME COURT PROBABLY WON’T GET A CHANCE TO HEAR OR RULE ON THE REGULATION UNTIL AFTER OBAMA’S TERM ENDS IN JANUARY.
The conclusion of all this is that Obama’s climate change plans would definitely never happen after he had left the office, if let’s say, we have a republican president and conservative majority Supreme Court.
