Budgetary Impact Analysis for Executive Order Entitled
“Providing an Order of Succession Within the Department of Justice”

This executive order establishes an order of succession within the Department of Justice. Implementing this executive order would have no impact on costs and revenues to the Federal Government. It would have no impact on mandatory and discretionary obligations and outlays, and no impact on revenues to the Federal Government, in the 5-fiscal year period beginning in fiscal year 2017. The agency affected by this order is the Department of Justice.
