The governments of the EU met on January 11 this year. They were upset by the Paris massacre at the Charlie Hebdo offices. As a result they released a three page ‘Joint Statement. It consists of eight points that they agreed upon.

1. The attack on Charlie Hebdo was bad.
2. Monitor and censor the internet.
3. Form a propaganda and psychological warfare ministry.
4. More gun control.
5. Form a passenger name network.
6. Get more countries than just us involved.
7. The United States and Canada have been helpful.
8. We’re having another meeting in Riga on January 29 to continue this effort.
