Take that, Bibi. https://t.co/V9Gn9vP6xN
— gwen ifill (@gwenifill) September 2, 2015
High on the list of reasons to find it absolutely unacceptable that regular Americans are forced to finance PBS is a propagandist named Gwen Ifill, who is beside herself with delight that Israel will soon join South Africa on the list of outposts of Western Civilization that have been eradicated:
Ifill stepped on a landmine when she tweeted “[Take] that, Bibi,” a reference to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, on Wednesday. It’s also the same day Obama locked up the votes for his Iran deal. Her tweet linked to the Iran Deal account, which is run by the White House… PBS Ombudsman Michael Getler was not amused, and called the incident a “self-inflicted wound.”
It’s nice to know that even a PBS ombudsman is appalled. But there will be no consequences for Gwen Awful. Being a leftist of color means never having to take responsibility in any meaningful way.
If the Iran deal were actually intended to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons as we are insolently told to believe, why would leftists be taunting the leader of the first country likely to fall victim to an Iranian nuclear attack? Like most Americans, even Awful understands that a nuclear armed Iran is the objective. However, she is not bright enough to refrain from being obvious about it, which may be what has the ombudsman so upset.
On a tip from Torcer.
