California “Fundamentally Transforms” Crisis Pregnancy Centers Into Abortion Shills

You will never see a more wretched example of jackbooted, goose-stepping, extended-middle-finger scum and villainy – until the next bill Governor Moonbeam signs, anyway:
Some pro-life crisis pregnancy centers will be required to point women to facilities that provide abortions under a new law signed by California Governor Jerry Brown.
Under the law, which takes effect on January 1st, licensed centers that provide medical services must inform clients that there are state-run programs that provide abortions as well as contraceptive and prenatal services, Reason.com reports.
According to the law, all licensed clinics, including crisis pregnancy centers which counsel against abortion, must either post a notice or give one to patients.
The notice reads: “California has public programs that provide immediate free or low-cost access to comprehensive family planning services (including all FDA-approved methods of contraception), prenatal care, and abortion for eligible women. To determine whether you qualify, contact the county social services office at [insert the telephone number].”
Kinda defeats the whole purpose and raison d'etere of crisis pregnancy centers, doesn't it? How effective will the counseling against abortion and in favor of saving the lives of tens of thousands of babies in the Acupulco Golden State be if the pro-life counselors have to first direct their impressionable patients to the nearest abortuary like reading a suspect their Miranda rights? Is there any other example in our society of government forcing an organization to shill for its competitors? Maybe there is, but I can't think of any.
It's like California Donks shoving through a bill requiring Christian pastors to preface their biblical sermons by announcing where all the liquor stores, weed parlors, palm-reading shopts, brothels, queer bathhouses, and Churches of Satan in the area are and urging their congregations to indulge all of the above.
Or did I just give away the next bill in Jerry Brown's to-sign stack?
