The Botched Revolution
In the past, ruthless political elites managed to maintain their power for long periods of time thank to indoctrination and manipulation; pseudo protectionist ideologies hid self-serving and ulterior motives of the ruling group until the socio-political farce reached its final stages and attempts of control by force only, consequently backfired.
At present, politicians brazenly implementing demented regulations despite public protests can’t even boast about cunning stratagems of deception; they hog authority uniquely thanks to corruption and conscienceless treachery; the ongoing abuse of power is facilitated by complicity of the media, PC exonerated cronyism and nepotism.
The king had no clothes even during the coronation, and his royal court synchronously arrogant and amateurish, offered a transparent birth certificate as a fig leaf.
A civil servant elected for a term does not own a country’s history, traditions and values and has no right to dispose of a nation’s property; No “fundamental transformation” will change human nature: when hungry, people riot; when oppressed, they reach for freedom.
Managing news and limiting footage of riots is a short term strategy and a highly inefficient measure. Ignoring signs of discontent that could lead to civil war is delusional and politically Neanderthal.
To change something, one must have not only a clear vision of the new version, but also a profound knowledge of the old one. The camp “transformation” reaching for American and European territory could end up bulldozed by social “global warming” in the same way the unequipped WW2 German military got KO’ed by Russian winter.
Barack Hussein Obama is not a poster boy for traditional American values which he seems not only to disrespect but ignore; his blunders while visiting the old continent prove he is clueless about history, tradition and differences between individual countries. BHO’s Western European allies on their turn grew so dangerously distant from their long-suffering citizens that they seem to reside on a different planet.
Advocating “fundamental transformation”, Obama is oftenly and wrongly depicted as “a revolutionary” by subservient media. A revolution is a movement of oppressed people who decide to stand up for their rights and liberties; ironically, ruthless imposition of unpopular reforms by governing elite can be the last straw that breaks the fed up citizen’s back.
In desperate situations, when people feel politically and economically cornered and “flight” reaction is no longer an acceptable alternative, humans opt for repudiation and the thorough replacement of an established government or political system.
Replacement of James the 2nd with William the 3rd was termed “The Glorious Revolution”, and the non-violent transition of power in Czechoslovakia is known as the Velvet Revolution; an attempt of radical and pervasive social evolution through forced disintegration and demoralization could pass to history only as The Botched Revolution, and if followed by a massive revolt it can lead to a real, international one.
