The Daily Rant Recognizes Justice Antonin Scalia’s Passing

Justice Antonin Scalia has passed. As a principled constructionist jurist he was arguably first among his equals.
However, God is still on the throne and I will believe that His will be done. The fate of America is not in the hands of men but the awesome and just purview of the Creator and Sustainer of all there is.
My immediate reflexive thought was we’re shafted, but my next thought was do I believe in man or God?
It certainly won’t be good that obama will now appoint someone in his image. But that doesn’t mean things will turn out as the neo-leninists and cultural-Marxists surely now anticipate.
The Daily Rant will miss Justice Scalia’s presence on the court but we will not cower or bathe in despair. We will trust our God and pray that God turns the hearts of men to Him as we prayerfully remember Justice Scalia’s family and friends especially at this time.
