Doofus Hands Cruz Communist Manifesto To Sign, Cruz Agrees And Leaves A Message

At a campaign event in Elkhart, Indiana some young doofus probably thought he was punking Ted Cruz when he handed him a copy of the Communist Manifesto to sign. According to social media reports the kid told him it was an economic text.
Cruz didn’t get angry. He didn’t call for the kid to be escorted away by security, or beaten up. He looked at it and agreed to sign it. The kid said something like “At least you have a sense of humor.” But Cruz didn’t really seem to think it was all that funny. He wrote “Millions have suffered because of this.” He went on to note that “As the son of a Cuban immigrant” his family “has seen firsthand just exactly what communism has wrought.” He then thanked him for coming out. Imagine Donald Trump being so gracious.
I hope what he wrote and said will have an impact on that misguided young man.
