The difference between the Tea Party and the current contrived wave of Astroturf outrage is simple; the Tea Party was “racist,” whereas the sore losers throwing community-organized tantrums to protest the election results are “concerned citizens.” Just ask any mainstream journalist. Or, if you would prefer a more honest take, ask Greg Gutfeld:
Gutfeld is exactly right that the media plays an essential role in these spectacles. You almost expect WikiLeaks to produce evidence that community organizers and journalists coordinate in advance before staging them. But coordination at that level isn’t necessary, given that the “mainstream” media can be counted on to select and spin news to advance the leftist agenda.
