We Will Be Back to a Full Bench Tomorrow

FreedomWorks president Adam Brandon made the following statement following the Senate decision to change precedent to confirm Judge Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court with a simple majority vote:

“Democrats know Gorsuch is a good and qualified judge and will be a fair and reasoned Supreme Court justice. Their opposition to him is purely partisan and misguided. Sen. Schumer and his conference are acting out of anger about the results of the election. They still can't get over the fact that Donald Trump is the president. America is ready to get things done for the good of the country. Unfortunately, Democrats again today showed that they are incapable of working with President Trump and Republicans.

“Our grassroots activists will have a huge victory in the Senate tomorrow and restore the Supreme Court to a full bench again.”
