Chris Dorner Video?! No… it isn’t him in the parking deck

A new video has been released by authorities showing Christopher Dorner getting scuba tanks filled on the same day someone sent a package to Anderson Cooper announcing his “big plans”
Scuba gear? A boat to Mexico? Sounds to me like he was planning a diving vacation not a get away.
There is still no video from either the parking deck where the first two victims were killed nor the intersection CCTV where two officers were shot in an ambush some 20 minutes after Dorner was seen one town away.
