Three low-flying military jets woke Costa del Sol, Spain,
residents of Benahavis and Estepona at 5 AM
on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012.

lights. It was definitely not a plane or helicopter. It made a very strange

Estepona and Benahavis, Spain, on the Mediterranean
where resident Geoff Jones told Spain's Olive Press, “Night exercise by any
military flying operations are not authorized over built up areas, day or night.”
When Olive Press contacted Malaga Airport Operations Centre, a spokesperson
said, “We can't give any information about those types of flights,”
