“Carrie” Remake

Julianne Moore is slated to play the part of Carrie’s mother in the upcoming remake of “Carrie.” I’m not quite sure why the movie needed to be redone yet, again, but apparently like the reality TV trend keeps us from having original show concepts, so it goes with the moviemaking industry these days.
In case you’re wondering, Carrie will be played by Chloe Moretz, who was also in “Dark Shadows.”
