From Jeffery Pritchett Of Examiner.com
Could you tell us about Tesla and Otis T. Carr's partnership? From what I see it was Teacher student. What did they work on together?
Tim R. Swartz: According to Carr, in 1925 when he worked as a bell clerk in Manhattan, he was asked to buy peanuts for Tesla to feed his pigeons in the park. The two men became friends and over a period of three years, they would often get together to discuss the mysteries of the universe. Carr once told the radio talk show host Long John Nebal that he and Tesla once visited the Museum of Natural History in New York. Tesla told Carr that he could learn something by studying the Cape York Meteorite. Carr reported the iron meteorite produced unusual electromagnetic patterns when he hit it with a hammer. Unfortunately, he never elaborated on just how he was able to get away with hitting a museum exhibit with a hammer, or what the resulting harmonic patterns had to do with electromagnetic antigravity.
It is in my opinion that Carr was less of a scientist and more of a businessman. He was also an excellent artist and was very good and drawing up blueprints. I think that Carr was able to take Tesla's ideas for an antigravity spacecraft and hire a team of engineers who were not afraid to "think outside of the box." It was the engineers who actually took Tesla's unique concepts of the electromagnetic weaving of Time/Space and incorporate that into building a working prototype of what was dubbed the OTC-X1 spacecraft.
