This lavish mansion retains nearly all of its original 19th-century features – and it could be yours for just over $1million.
But there’s a catch – the beautiful house is said to be haunted by the spirits of as many as seven former residents.
In fact, the Minnesota mansion is often called ‘the most haunted house in Saint Paul’, which may explain why its asking price has tumbled from $1.8million to $1.1million over the past three years.
I think I would give it a go. I may not live there but I would definitely buy it. I would let investigations take place there and use the house to document proof that ghosts do indeed exist. -Mort
