Most people seem to fear being an elevator by themselves or at least have fears in being trapped in one. So imagine you are riding in one, when all of a sudden, it stops…the lights go out…. and then they turn on. You turn around and see a freaky little girl holding a raggedy old doll. She standing there silent and them screams freaking the people out so much that they look like they are going to have a heart attack.
Well it is just what happen in Brazil. Someone had this bright idea to set up this prank, make it into a video, show it on TV and have these people go through this. In the recording people are laughing. I guess since its Brazil they can get away with this. As for little girl, she is lucky that someone didn’t start beating the crap out of her thinking that she was a real ghost.
On a side note, I live in New York and when the hurricane it, all the power went off till 25th street. I work just a few blocks up and our power didn’t go off at all. But 2 days later I see this girl lingering around in the lobby, looking like she is doing something, but not really doing anything. I didn’t think anything of it and pressed the button for the elevator. All of a sudden, she just jumps in and kind of startled me. I gave her a funny look, like “why did you get in just now?” and before I spoke she said, “Sorry I was waiting for someone to come in, I didn’t want to be alone in a elevator in case the power goes out and I get stuck inside alone.”
So I thought it was a little funny, but it made since why she was acting strange in the lobby. It didn’t even cross my mind that that situation could happen, but I wasn’t worried about it and I thought she was over acting a little bit. But it did make me wonder if anyone was stuck in a elevator during the power outage in Manhattan. If there was hopefully they didn’t see any ghosts inside.
