Wave of UFO Sightings in Victoria, B.C. January 14, 2013
Many people in Victoria, B.C. have reported seeing strange objects and lights in the sky in the last week. The UFOs have been sighted all over the Vancouver Island area and in Washington State as well.
The BC area is no stranger to strange sightings. Even a simple google search will show a more unusual amount of sightings. Its been proven that at times its something simple as Chinese Lanterns and some say reflections of the space station. But this type of mass sightings have happen in the past. There was on on seen by multiple witnesses over Okanagan Lake, BC on July 2nd in 2007.
Fritz Stammberger a staff member for IslandOnlineNews who taped another mass sighting on June 29th, 2008 from his rooftop said that “Out here on Vancouver Island I think that about 95% of people that I talk to have witnessed UFO’s. Basically, everyone I know has seen at least one.”
According to the 2003 Canadian UFO Survey, reported by Chris Rutkowski of UFOlogy Research of Manitoba, more than 673 sightings of UFOs-defined literally as flying objects that can’t be identified-were documented across the country that year, including 41 in Vancouver, making it the city with the highest number of reports. Sources of the reports include the National UFO Reporting Center in the U.S., UFO*BC, the Houston B.C. Centre for UFO Research and the Meteor and Impacts Advisory Committee to the Canadian Space Agency.
No idea why BC has such high sightings maybe its the UFO’s migration like birds or maybe its just reflections from space, Chinese lanterns. But it deffintly makes one interesting place for people into UFOs and Anomalies.

Is it my imagination or are UFO stories appearing more often on BIN now ? The comments on such stories and the number of people reading ufo stories could easily be collated to judge peoples reactions as to when it is ripe for another something big to happen, maybe an alien holograph attack to freak an already freaked out society in order that they can have there way with the simple and decent people who just want to live and love in peace !
Just wondering if anyone saw the same last night. Langford, B.C. Between 9&10pm in the Southwest sky. March 18th/2013. Pointed out a bright satellite to Katrina, then it changed directions. Made an abrupt turn from an eastern coarse to a southern coarse. Also changed speed several times, after which it stayed in one area. It continued to move around similar to a post one guy had with a night lens camera on a tripod. No rhyme or reason to its movement patterns. Tried to film it with my IPhone but it wouldn’t pick up any stars, just the moon. Got neighbours on each side of my house to check it out so people wouldn’t think I was crazy. It was still in the same area at 10:00pm when I went to bed, always moving.
