The story of this photo goes – my sister told me her husband was working a construction site in West Virginia. They were cutting into the rock faced wall in a place they called the glory hole. When the stone fell away, this face appeared with horns. Some men actually spooked and didn’t want to come back.
Paredolia is an amazing thing – the ability to see familiar shapes in patterns. We look for meaning in everything. It’s in our nature. In fact, for fun, a friend on my paranormal investigation team, made these wonderful observations from the same picture -
