Haunted Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, There Are Plenty Of Ghosts Here.
The Hatteras Lighthouse is home to one of the most famous ghosts on the east coast of the United States. It is the Ghost Cat Of The Hatteras Lighthouse. The ghost cat is a large black and white cat that weighs 20 – 25 pounds. Some people say that its a male cat while others say you can’t tell if its male or female.
What we do know is that the cat has been putting in an appearance in and around the lighthouse for 100 – 150 years and when the lighthouse was moved from the old location to the new location the cat came along. People say that the cat will rub up against you and let you rub it but it won’t let you pick it up. If you try to it will vanish at once.
And listen the ghost cat is only one of the many ghosts said to be in and around the Hatteras Lighthouse. There is even a burning ghost ship that is often seen just off shore burning brightly. Some people say that a man can be seen on the ship. He runs along the deck of the ship and then jumps into the water.
