The Night The Ghost Got In, A True Ghost Story, (Photos)

Just up the street from this graveyard is where our story ” The Night The Ghost Got In ” happened. During the early summer of 2001 we moved into a garage apartment on Boundary Street in Newberry South Carolina and before that summer was over my girlfriend and myself had been attacked by a ghost inside the garage apartment and even our cat was thrown across the room at one time. I know it scared the hell out of that cat. It was some of the most amazing paranormal experiences that I have ever experienced in my life.
What ever the spirit or ghost was that attacked us we will never know but I know it attacked us and it was there in that little apartment with us. It was truly the spookiest experience of my life.
At times that summer we would see a man there in that apartment with us. It was not a real man it was a ghost. I searched many times for a real man that was some how sneaking into that apartment. But it was no real man. I think it was something that was pure evil. It was a ghost and it was there in that apartment with us.
I would often wake up and see the ghost of the man standing there watching us while we were sleeping. Let me tell you that was one hell of a weird feeling. Knowing that something is watching you while you sleep is not a good feeling.
Like I said the graveyard in the above photos is just down the street from the garage apartment. The cemetery you see in the photos is right across the road from the Boudary Street Elementary School. I believe that the ghosts that came into our garage apartment during that summer of 2001 came from this cemetery. This is truly one of the most amazing old cemeteries in the American south. It is reported to be one of the most haunted places in the United States. You may not believe it but the Elementary School was built on top of part of this graveyard. People who went to both the old school that used to be there and the new school tell of ghosts walking through walls into classrooms and horrible smells that come and go. The school ballfield is built right on top of part of the old graveyard. They just took the tombstones away. The graves are there though under the school ballfield.
As you can see in the above photo there are open graves in the cemetery like the one in the above photo. If there is any where where ghosts would be really unhappy it would be right here in this graveyard. Newberry S.C. is a small town and in the day light hours you see people but after dark you don’t see people. Why? Not even in summer do people get out and walk around. There is something dark and evil in this town and it came into the garage apartment with us and attacked us during the summer of 2001.
My girlfriend was at one point taking a shower when something she said felt like a human hand washed her back. She thought it was me and she was bad scared when she discovered it was not me. She cursed the ghost and later that night it attacked her as she went to the bathroom. I will never forget that night. She had handprints on her upper chest that you could see as plain as the nose on your face. The ghost attacked her and shoved her in the little hall way leading up to the bathroom.
