Is This The ‘Smoking Gun’ Proof of Alien Visitation?

This scientist seems to validate the work of the late surgeon Dr.Roger Leir, who removed alien implanted devices from patients. If the devices are not from aliens, where are they from and exactly who is using these tracking devices?
I think it’s just a matter of sifting through to find what is credible, that’s my aim anyway!
