Mr. and Mrs. Titler of Farningham were returning home along a narrow country lane, approaching the A20 at Farningham, when a brilliant blue enormous cigar-shaped craft crossed low to over the river and Lullingstone Lake near Eynsford, then crossed the road in front of the car, traveling at speed over the fields alongside. At approximately that moment a docker from Abbeywood S.E….2 had been visiting friends in the area and was returning home along the same narrow lane when he saw a “Michelin tire suited” man bouncing across the road in front of his car, then over the fields alongside. He said he might have supposed this person was in fancy dress except that he was bouncing and walking 2 to 3 feet off the ground.
