Location. Morro Do Ferro, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Date: January 1962 Time: evening
Valdir Ribeiro saw a hovering object with a transparent dome, floating low over a field. Inside he could see a man-like figure with dark hair, and large eyes that was leaning against the dome apparently staring in fascination at a torrential downpour. The entity apparently became aware of the witness and the object shot away at high speed.

I think it is a great story. There was no rain in the time of Atlantis, from where these time travelers come, only since the Flood. Also my cat was similarly enthralled by her first experience of rain, meaning also perhaps it was not in the original genome experience.
