Strange Creature Caught on Tape in Argentina

Footage taken by a group of friends in Argentina.
If you watch, the camera zooms out and catches a small, running figure in the ground.
There were actually 2 different sightings of this strange creature. The creature has been terrorizing residents in the town of General Guemes, Argentina. First sighting was in March 2014. Second one was in the town of Clodomira, province of Santiago del Estero, Argentina, in May 2014.
