Monsters that are attributed with vampire-like habits are numerous. Most of these animals are so bizarre or obviously supernatural that they either don’t get much attention from the cryptozoology community or, if they do, the bloodsucking aspects of these reports are thrown out as obviously mythical. Nevertheless, there have been plenty of reported sightings in which these creatures devour their prey like animals. Could this common hidden trait finally unite them all? Is the answer to a demon’s existence hidden in the blood? And If so, do they devour for strength like living creatures or is the bloodshed necessary for them to manifest into our world?

- PART 1 -
Life of Demonic Creatures

“It is the reason Cryptozoologists consider reported myths, legends, and shadow creatures to be undiscovered animals.”

Cryptozoology (from Greek κρυπτός, kryptos, “hidden” + zoology; literally, “study of hidden animals“) is a pseudoscience involving the search for animals whose existence has not been proven.

The animals cryptozoologists study are often referred to as cryptids, a term coined by John Wall in 1983.[1] This includes looking for living examples of animals that are considered extinct, such as non-avian dinosaurs; animals whose existence lacks physical evidence but which appear in myths, legends, or are reported to be seen, such as Bigfoot and Chupacabra.

You know this:
Life is in the Blood

Well, as you undoubtedly know, the Torah (OT – Word of God) strictly forbade Jews Humans from drinking blood (Lev. 17:10-12). The life that was “in the blood” was reserved for sacrificial atonement upon the altar of YHVH (כִּי נֶפֶשׁ הַבָּשָׂר בַּדָּם הִוא). However, for Demons and Evil Spirits it is the complete opposite.

Jesus’ statement, then, is perhaps best understood as hyperbole meant to scandalize. Jesus was trying to shake the disciples out of their preconceptions, similar to the way he dashed their hopes of a reformed Judaism when he predicted the coming destruction of the Holy Temple (Matt. 24:2). On the other hand, he was clearly associating his sacrifice on the Cross with the ritual of the Passover Seder…
