Video of alien UFO probe crashing to Earth surfaces?

I wrote years ago about NASA concealing knowledge of unmanned alien UFO probes that monitor Earth. These alien probes are believed to somehow arrive here from another galaxy and are equipped with technology well beyond our comprehension. This technology allows them to beam images and complex information about our planet back to the civilization that sent them here. It is also believed that these craft are capable of communicating with us via mathematical messages that have been partially deciphered. Much of this “above top secret” research takes place within highly classified research departments connected to NASAs Ames Research Centre.
I also wrote about the fact that very occasionally one of these probes spins out of control and crashes to Earth providing human scientists the rare opportunity to examine one. The objects are said to be silver in colour and disc-shaped.
Now it seems footage of what might be one of these probes has come to light. The video below was shot on China’s Hainan Island in Guangdong Province. The footage was published on a tourist website about the Island. Take a look (below) and let us know what you think.

These days, we all carry phones that are capable of very high resolution photos and videos. So why can’t any photo be taken ever, that is not all fuzzy and out-of-focus?
Why?
Can anyone answer this question? We should have many photos of clear and detailed UFO photos. But I’ve never seen any.
I’m not saying that UFO’s don’t exist, but with all this (available) technology, why can’t clear and precise pictures be able to be produced?
