A new whistle blower has come forward to claim that he spent 17 years on Mars serving at a secret military base whose main mission was to protect five civilian space colonies. Secret Space Station on Mars
Captain Kaye, said that the Mars Defense Force recruits personnel from different military services. He claims that he was recruited from a covert branch of the U.S. Marine Corps called “Special Section.”
Captain Kaye is currently seeking documents to verify his incredible experiences, and for now offers his testimony as evidence of a break away human civilization based on Mars.
His testimony is consistent with the claims of other whistle blowers who have previously come forward to reveal secret events on Mars.
Captain Kaye’s testimony reveals that the main human colony on Mars is called Aries Prime which is located inside a crater. Aries Prime serves as the headquarters for the Mars Colony Corporation. According to Captain Kaye, the air is breathable on the surface of Mars, and the temperature could be warm at times.
He claims that there are two indigenous species on Mars, both of which are highly intelligent. One of these was a Reptilian species that was very aggressive in defending its territory. The other was an Insectoid species that was equally capable of protecting its territory. He said that indigenous Martians are not particularly interested in expanding their territory, only maintaining it. Captain Kaye said that as long as the Mars Defense Force and Mars Colony Corporation did not encroach on the territory of the indigenous Martians, there would be stable relations.
After serving 17 years of a 20 year tour of duty, events changed dramatically when virtually all combat personnel from the Mars Defense force were asked to retrieve an extraterrestrial artifact from a cave sacred to the indigenous Reptilians. Captain Kaye described how over 1000 men and women were killed in a subsequent battle and only 28 of his colleagues, including himself, survived.

Huh? There aren’t even 1 trillion stars in our galaxy. In fact, it’s well less than half that number. So, what? EVERY, single star in the Milky Way has at least two planets inhabiting the habitable zone? Do binary systems all have two as well? Or, for every binary system that exists with just two, there’s another system out there with four? I believe your numbers may be off – WAY off.

1.) Go to the same coordinates provided on the video (or on his YouTube channel & also available at ‘ ufoevidence101 on YouTube ‘.)
2.)
Turn on the color inverter in Windows 8 & 7. 
3.) Take a smartphone, turn on the camera, & then turn on the color inversion app (used for vision impairedness/easier reading). This way, the inverted image is re-inverted, & back to the original.
4.) Then adjust the contrast on your camera phone & look around the HIRISE image. The auto focus & image compression on the smartphone will show much higher definition, a 3D effect, along with pronounced earth tones. Literally giving you the viewer, “the same image the satellite see’s BEFORE it get’s to the airbrush artists”! Everything hidden, is revealed!!
A retired NASA engineer told this to me last summer during a cookout. He said “it’s usually used by scientists to get the best imagery from their smartphones. It’s totally legit. Just not usually known to the general public”.
And besides, I have used this technique on the same places as David V. & have seen many buildings, flora & fauna, ufo craft of many shapes & sizes, many different species of Reptoids, etc & etc! I don’t know about your God, but my God is the God of the entire universe. All of the planets and stars that stretch far beyond what we can see.

Mars has indeed been colonized for a long time. Remember Total Recall, that was a documentary about mars. Laura Eisenhower was asked to go to Mars, she politely declined. But yeah, all the planets have ‘biological lifeforms’, inhabitants, so does Venus. Not to mention the moon.
