Yowie Footage???

It seems Yowie researchers in Australia have just as much trouble with hoaxers as we do. Maybe more since Yowies seem to be far more elusive than sasquatch.
The following is a video posted to Youtube by dragonsidhebladenew, that has just surfaced on Facebook and is being touted by some as the Patterson-Gimlin film of the Yowie. So, of course, we had to take a closer look.
I spoke to a member of Australian Yowie Research about it who had formerly investigated the video and had been led to believe (unconfirmed) that this may have been the project of a group of film students.
Attempts to contact the group were either unsuccessful or vague, but AYR has confirmed this one to be a hoax.
Still it’s a curious piece. Check it out and see what you think.
