This creepy photo was sent to ["Believe" A Paranormal Experience Channel] by Sue Withers. It was captured during an investigation of the Skirrid Inn in Wales UK.
In the photo, you see what appears to be a female spirit reaching for something. It does appear to be a long exposure picture. The arm seems to have moved and the face seems to have changed its directions entirely.
