Joe Robbins says, “I took this picture with my cell phone. My friend and I had started a small bonfire and we were playing around a bit while taking a few pictures. In this particular photo we noticed a human like figure leaning out from behind me. To us it looks like some type of creature that is miserable and sad. What gives us the chills is that my friend and I were alone.”

Photograph, taken in 1925 of a girl visiting the grave of her twin sister who died in a house fire the year before. Parents of the girl saw her, on many occasions, talking to her sister like she was playing in her room, but no one was there, and they thought it was just part of the grieving process.

Why does this post of known fakes and debunked pictures keep getting reposted over and over? Especially the 4th pic down, which is the “Slender Man” which originated as a meme on the Something Awful forums as part of a creepy pasta (basically, an internet horror story). It’s known to be a faked photoshopped pic and was never intended to be accepted as real because it’s part of a story.
