Amazing new video of a UFO that moves in a controlled non-ballistic motion. It changes colors multiple times.It cycles through 3-4 primary colors in this 3 minute video.
I am compelled by the commentary by the anonymous videographer. I have watched the video several times and I believe that he and his companion believe what they are saying. They are observing and thankfully recording a high strange event.
