This is disturbing. Do strange things like this belong in a cage? The disturbing video was uploaded last week by Raymond Yeung. The description claims it was captured in China’s Shenzhen Reservoir. Some say this hairless animal is the mythical water monster, and other say it’s a mangy bear. What do you think?
