The Electronic Fata Morgana
A couple of days ago there was a report that an AARP commercial that was released last year was sending out a subliminal message. When watching the commercial we see a mother reading. In the background you faintly hear a radio or TV broadcast. As the mother attends to her daughter in the next room one can vaguely hear of an outbreak of some kind and that world governments have declared martial law.
As sensitive as one’s ears may be, it is most difficult to hear the background broadcast and so one has to conclude that this “news cast” about the threat of martial law is registering subliminally into the unconscious mind.
Subliminal communications are messages beamed directly to the subconscious mind. Since they are below the level of conscious awareness you cannot hear or understand them. Because you cannot hear the communications your conscious mind cannot reject the message.
Everyone has heard stories of how enterprising advertising executives have flashed phrases like “You are thirsty” or “Eat popcorn” on movie screens to increase refreshment sales. Some department stores use the subliminal audio message “I am honest, I will not steal” to reduce shoplifting. There is always a great public outcry when these practices are discovered.
Why?
Why did the Civil Liberties Union and even the Congress of the United States condemn the practice?
The truth is that subliminal messages are so effective that they scare people. When subliminal techniques were used in theaters, drink and popcorn sales soared — in stores, shoplifting was reduced dramatically. Think what an unscrupulous person could do with such weapon.
They worked so well they had to be condemned. Let me repeat that thought. Subliminal communications were condemned because they were too effective. They worked too well. The ability to influence people’s actions without their knowledge could not be allowed.
Subliminals tamper and violate your cognitive liberty.
Meanwhile a not so subliminal tampering with another commercial indicates that perhaps there will be a “state of unrest” because of an alien invasion.
State Farm insurance recently ran their popular “Jake from State Farm” ad where Jake an agent is speaking with a man at three in the morning which triggers the anger of his wife that suspects that Jake is a secret lover of girl friend.
The commercial now is running with strange alien sigils and images along with what sound like intercepted subliminals and a bit of world altering where we see “state of unrest.”
It appears that this commercial is a bit of political programming for a possible alien invasion. Or a promotion for some new alien movie at the theaters or on TV.
A few years ago, just prior to the full digital conversion of television and radio signals, I had prepared a series of shows about the possibility of vulnerability to government controls with regards to the broadcasting of all signals both overt and covert.
This included radio, television, cell phones and internet. I concluded that the Digital Television Transition that phased out Analog signals with digital signals, there was a potential to control the media with the use of digital “blackouts,” “forced cognitive programming,” “binaural mind control” and the use of subliminal programming produced in a range barely heard by the human ear or even consciously seen.
With digital broadcasts there can be complete blackouts of information and programming. Meaning that it isn’t what you are told, it is what you aren’t told.
Forced cognitive programming is the release of what was once objectionable material such as ultra violent images and imaged of death and brutality. Binaural mind control consists of use of tones and other binaural beats that are used in presentations including Emergency Alert tones and amber alerts and subliminal programming that will be revived and used in certain circumstances for mass mind control.
Back then ground zero warned that networks you once loved could be shut down without notice. With the transition some 80 percent of analog signals disappeared. This means that there are less transmitters providing content. It also meant that with less transmitters or stations that provided content—there would be more of an opportunity to shut down signals in the event of a major crisis or uprising where communication is vital to prevent the spread of disinformation.
These blackouts can conveniently happen to channels that broadcast controversial opinions. Digital systems are vulnerable and now we have converted to the digital systems we may have to get used to black out scenarios and or possible grid manipulations that could cause harm or even create hysteria induced by non lethal weapons.
The United States Government has been experimenting with non lethal weapons that they wish to use on the public. There have been active denial systems that have been used in Iraq with regard to crowd control. There is also non lethal psychological experiments that have been used on groups of people and the new digital systems can open the door for potential abuse in this arena.
In the X-files episode “Wetwired” (1996). Mulder and Scully look into a series of homicides in which the killers were otherwise normal, harmless people. Somehow, all the perpetrators suddenly became delusional, triggered by a mysterious unknown force. The investigation finds that the killers were “triggered” by a color spectrum manipulation originating from a tampered cable television box. Scully eventually becomes affected and Mulder is not. Later it is revealed that Mulder is color blind and would not feel the subliminal effects of the flashing colors and malfunctioning cable box.
On December 16, 1997, 12,000 Japanese children came down with various signs and symptoms of illness after watching an episode of a popular animated cartoon, Pokémon. While photosensitive epilepsy was diagnosed in the children, this explanation cannot account for the breadth and pattern of the events that transpired afterward. There were adults and others affected later and doctors concluded that the phenomenon triggered a mass Psychogenic Illness. It literally triggered consensus hysteria and anxiety.
The reaction was brought on by repetitive flashing of scenes and the strobe effect of the main character’s red eyes. This created a photosensitive reaction causing seizures. This was similar to what happened in the X-Files episode a year before.
Now, imagine the same scenario. But this time it is sent as a flash signal to your television. Then comes a sine wave tone. Two tones followed by a longer tone. Then a strobe flash. If you are not paying attention this would seem like an ordinary EAS broadcast. However this type of warning was never used on September 11th, 2001.
The excuse was that the media gave a quicker warning than the EAS system. It was also reported that during the tsunami and nuclear meltdown at the Fukushima nuclear facility in Japan, their country’s Emergency news network system tones were not used at all either.
We are told that the EAS tones are only supposed to be used in times of emergency only, but during tests they act as a Pavlovian bell system where we are programmed to be alert when the system is sending out what is called sine wave tone.
There are those who theorize that EAS sign wave tones are conditioning tones. We are conditioned like Pavlovian dogs to equate the tones with the delivering of information regarding attack. In its sine spectrum the tone is a pulsing tone much like a pulsing light.
Now imagine the same scenario with a cycled extremely Low frequency (ELF) tone combined with strobe activity jumping from scene to scene? Would this create a reaction?
There is a Pentagon psychotronic technology known as the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum that has been fully operational since the early 1990s. Not only does this technology work to control the mind but there have been trial runs of similar technologies in other countries. There have been stories that have been reported showing that it is a powerful and non lethal tool.
Recently it was reported that by 2017 the country of Norway will no longer be using FM radio.
The Norwegian Ministry of Culture finalized a shift date this week, making it the first country to do away with FM radio entirely. The country plans to transition to Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) as a national standard.
A statement released this week by the Ministry of Culture confirms a switch-off date that was proposed by the Norwegian government back in 2011. The government has concluded that the country is capable of meeting all the requirements necessary for a smooth transition to digital.
Of Course Norway is being sold on the idea that they will have a better variety of choices using digital. It was the same sham sales pitch the United States was given while they were trying to push digital TV over analog signals.
However there is an interesting coincidence that best illustrates why FM is being done away with in Norway and that is Norway is moving ahead with EISCAT 3D. To be completed by 2017. They are building five different versions of a HAARP type array to work together with each other in conjunction using the VHF band!
FM falls within the VHF (Very High Frequency) band. Norway is the location of EISCAT, the European VHF version of HAARP.
“The EISCAT_3D system will consist of five phased-array antenna fields located in the northernmost areas of Finland, Norway and Sweden, each with around 10,000 crossed dipole antenna elements. One of these sites (the core site) will transmit radio waves at 233 MHz, and all five sites will have sensitive receivers to measure the returned radio signals.”
So after 2017, 233.0 FM will produce Ionosphere tonal interference.
In the United States we have what are known as Ground Wave Emergency Network towers or GWEN towers.
GWEN transmitters are placed 200 miles apart across the USA, allow specific frequencies to be tailored to the geomagnetic-field strength in each area, allowing the magnetic field to be altered.
They operate in the VLF range, with transmissions between VLF 150 and 175 KHz. They also emit UHF waves of 225-400 MHz.
The VLF signals travel by waves that hug the ground rather than radiate into the atmosphere. A GWEN station transmits up to a 300-mile radius, the signal dropping off sharply over distance. The entire GWEN system consists of, (depending on source of data), from 58 to an intended 300 transmitters, spread across the USA, each with a tower 299-500 ft high.
Three hundred (300) ft. of copper wire fans out in a spoke like fashion from the base of the underground system, interacting with the earth like a thin shelled conductor, radiating radio wave energy for very long distances through the ground. The USA bathes in this magnetic field which rises to 500 ft, even going down into basements.
It is proposed that major riots or civil upheaval like what happened in Ferguson and or Baltimore even the Los Angeles riots have been triggered by electromagnetic surges that have been transmitted Via the GWEN system.
Silent sound and non lethal tone technologies and magnetic field technologies were used against Iraqi troops fortified in deep underground bunkers in Kuwait in the first Gulf War in January of 1991.
The physical, emotional, and psychological effects of this technology were so severe that hundreds of thousands of Iraqi troops surrendered en masse without firing even a single shot against U.S. led coalition forces.
The Silent Sound Spectrum can be used with a combination of the HAARP transmitters, GWEN towers, microwave cell phone towers, and digital conversion technologies.
The British press noted that the new systems of control that the U.S. Military is using are sophisticated electronic systems designed to ‘speak’ directly to the mind of the viewer to alter and entrain his brainwaves, to manipulate his brain’s electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns and thus artificially implant negative emotional states feelings of intense fear, anxiety, despair and hopelessness as well as feelings of hope and desire for things not generally desired.
People around the world are already complaining that perhaps they have been subjected to some sort of magnetic field tampering and that they have been feeling symptoms of either geomagnetic or magnetic mental abuse.
Some of the symptoms that have been reported are:
- Sugar/Chocolate cravings.
- Unfamiliar eating patterns i.e.: this includes loss of appetite. People complain of sudden quickly passing cravings and inability to figure out what you want to eat – there have also been people having cravings for ice which means that people are suffering Iron loss.
- Weird sleep patterns, strong need for extra sleep and naps.
- Pressure, pain, swirling and drilling sensations around head, headaches.
- Hearing strange sounds:
People are reporting hearing the same kind of buzzing “metallic/mechanical” yet somehow really pleasant “otherworldly” sounds. Of course there is also the sound of a horn that reminds them of “trumpets or the Shofar”. - A Strange Smell: People are complaining of a chemical smell in the air. The smell of creosote, or ozone or even pesticide smells.
- Body out of coordination, loss of balance
- Unmistakable awareness and “symptoms” of shifting timelines or loss of time
- Crisis of Faith, Lack of Trust, long term relationships ending for no obvious reason.
- Heightened synchronicities, precognitive dreams nightmares or thoughts manifesting into reality.
Of course all of this can agitate people into becoming violent and full of anxiety.
Doesn’t this demonstrate an unbelievable amount of power? Do you find it also curious that we have no say in the matter? No checks and balances, only the word of our controllers that this is just routine testing?
Dr. Michael Persinger is a professor of psychology and neuroscience at Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada he is quite controversial because he has conducted electromagnetic experiments on the brain.
In his labs using, visual, audio, and electromagnetic stimulus he has been able to create out of body experiences, angelic encounters and alien abduction sensations in the brains of his volunteers. He claims that just a small electromagnetic stimulus can create a ghostly feeling in the minds of people.
“Temporal lobe stimulation can evoke the feeling of a presence, disorientation, and perceptual irregularities. It can activate images stored in the subject’s memory, including nightmares and monsters that are normally suppressed. Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by which all sensory transduction is translated into an intrinsic, brain-specific code.
Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communication networks. A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be affected by a sub-harmonic whose frequency range at about 10 Hz would only vary by 0.1 Hz.” — Dr. Michael Persinger
Most people pay no mind to certain symptoms that they feel are normal disruptions of life. Every symptom can be eliminated by a pill or rest. People normally pay no mind to the possibility that their body is telling them that they are being manipulated by subliminals, or binaural tones or even magnetic adjustments.
Using critical thinking, we can say that any neurological “mismatch” between the balance mechanism in the vestibular system of the inner ear and sensory signals from nerves in the eyes and feet can most certainly be triggered by any number of things—let’s hope that we are able to gain control of whatever might be causing our feelings of angst and paranoia or else we may see more and more outbreaks of protests, looting and mass unrest in the coming weeks.

For sure , there are people who might have health imbalance but there are other people who can receive information , which is absolutely true and there is no other way of knowing it .
