Journal Volume 2, Visit

Today's conditions at 5:10 p.m.: 101 degrees, sunny, hot , and high clouds.

I arrived at the parking area at 5:10 p.m. I met a couple from Brooklyn, NY. They are very interested in 'BF'. We had a conversation for approx. 40 minutes. They could only hike so far with me on the trail. The lady is being treated for cancer at a local cancer center. They had to turn back. I reached the bridge at 6 p.m. I was on site until approximately 7:15 p.m.

I did a few measurements today. The 2nd bucket that is now above the balls corral measures 6'-1.5″ from the ground to opening. 'Dead camera' #1 looking at the green Frisbee tree is approximately 31' away from the North. 'Dead camera's #2 and #3 are located approximately 19' away from bucket tree #1. #2 viewing from the North and #3 viewing from the South. 'Dead camera' #4 is looking towards the balls corral & bucket #2, 29' away from the Southeast.

#1. thru #3. All 3 show bucket #1 with the rock further into the bucket and the 6″ galvanized nail on the cord removed from the bucket and now hanging.

#4. thru #6. The wood piece that had been left on top of the tire formation on the yellow tire has been moved onto the ground on the south side of the arrow, rocks and tires formation. The wood piece is pointing to the south west or possibly towards the deer corn pile location.

#15. At the green Frisbee, I added 2 sweet treats and put the 2 rocks, the quarter and a green berry on top.

#16. At the concrete pipes, in the top pipe, I keep a small backpack for storage. I have trash bags. something has pulled part of a trash bag thru a hole in the pack. ?????

#17. Another photo of the pack in the pipe. The first photo I took a few visits back was to let me know if the backpack was opened by the zipper. This happened at one of those visits. The back pack zippers had been opened and I did not do it.
