Rise Of The Goatman! (Video)
You may never have read about the Goatman before, but he’s one urban legend that demands a horror movie! American cryptid-spotters from all across the country – with hotspots in Kentucky, Texas and Wisconsin – report sightings of a horned man with the cloven hooves of an ungulate.
Cult of Weird describes a sighting from Louisville, KY where the Goatman is locally known as ‘The Pope Lick Monster’:
A large humanoid creature with furry, goat-like legs, alabaster skin, wide-set eyes, and horns that protrude from greasy fur.
The Goatman story was also the subject of a popular Creepypasta from Anansi, which was in turn developed into a short film, Weirdo.
