The submitter is using a Video Camera to take a quick Video off the Security Camera’s Monitor Screen, thus the movement. This is the only way that it can easily be done in a lot of cases, due to the DVR being locked away with limited access for data recorded output.
I’m with ‘A Commentator’ on this one. It looks exactly like a mylar balloon partially inflated with helium floating around in a slight breeze. Nothing to see here folks. Move along.
I don’t think it’s a balloon – if you look at the last time it “lands” it has weird shading around it. So I honestly think it’s someone’s fun animation is all. Another reason I don’t think it’s a balloon is because it shoots straight up – then lands a couple of times.
Why isn’t the security camera mounted to something solid? obviously someone is holding your security camera? Cute though!
I saw Mosfet’s post, I just wanted to agree. This is stupid and clearly not real – but they’re recording a monitor.
Conumdrum

Looks like a mylar balloon drifting around.

It looks like one of those cats you see on YouTube walking on its hind legs.
that is a partial deflated ballon. The wind making it move.
