7.4 magnitude #earthquake just shook the coast of Ecuador, according to the @USGS. No #tsunami threat

Clearly we have a tuned up seismic issue and phase taking place. India, two in China, Guatemala, now this, all in a handful of days.

Most of us are familiar with this passage of scripture. The back story is this. Yeshua/Jesus has come out of the Temple in Jerusalem and some his disciples are with him. They ask him point-blank, what will be the signs of the end of the age.  Jesus then gives them punch list of items that will be the signs of the end of the age.  Here’s the entire list:

I’ve talked about the phrase, earthquakes in diverse places, many times, and the fact is that before modernity there was no way to track earthquakes in diverse places. In other words, how would someone living in the Galilee know of a 9.0 temblor happening in Japan 500 years ago? They wouldn’t. That being said, in the present day, my I-phone pings me when any earthquake larger than a 6.0 happens anywhere in the world.

So in the last few days there has been an outbreak of earthquakes, all along the ring of fire, which is the area of the world from Alaska including our west coast, Mexico’s west coast and then South America’s west coast. It swings out to the island of Vanuatu, then to New Zealand, Australia and up to Japan.

So, is this business as usual or something more? Is this another sign of the times that herald the Return of The King, or just a another flurry of earthquakes that happen from time to time, so there’s nothing to be concerned about?

I wonder how many people on the planet are even aware of the prophecy above? What percentage of the 7 Billion people alive today know about this prophecy and are looking a the “punch list?” How many are looking at current events like this and thinking about the return of The King? How many long for a cosmic regime change from under the oppression of the beast system and its ruler, The Prince of this world, Satan, to the glorious appearing of The Rider on the White Horse, with the armies of heaven, who will bring about the greatest event in all of history, the Return of the King, Yeshua/Jesus and the setting up of the Millennial kingdom on earth, with Jerusalem as its capital!

There are now earthquakes in diverse places and I would put to you that they are happening with greater frequency and severity than ever before.

Are we in the last days?

Many of us believe so, as the world seems out of balance in so many ways.

In closing todays Bun.  When I travel and speak at conferences I have been asking the folks this question; How many of you think the world is a better place now than 15 years ago. I wait a few seconds scanning the crowd for a hand or two. There’s not one. In all the places I’ve been, not one hand goes up.

People know something is not right in the world. For those of us who watch the signs, the “punch-list” Jesus gave us that will herald His return, the signs seem to be very clear. Even so come Lord Jesus, come…. Maranatha!
