Strange Creatures Teleportation Caught on CCTV Camera and Tape. Someone Explain?

The clip shows an intersection. From the rear of the screen, a car approaches. Then, from the left of the screen, a man enters the roadway. There’s no way for the car to avoid the man, but the driver slams on the brakes. And at that precise moment, something very strange happens. 5 teleportation cases. Someone explain? Video here:

Where are the “Strange Creatures” as described in the title?
I did see one strange creature. We call them Dogs where I come from.
The first was attempted suicide, or the dude was wasted. If you watch to the right of the semi, far ahead of it you’ll see the guy (at 7 seconds) walk off the shoulder, the semi swerves to miss him.
The one with the black thing moving fast to save the guy in a flash is just a camera trick, I’ve seen how it’s done.
The old dude on the bike is coming up straight behind the guy standing in the road, you only see him when he turns.
The car coming from nowhere, I have no clue.
The dog looks like he comes from nowhere, but it could be done the same as Mr. fast flash.
They can all be explained. The most difficult one is the car. But I think it may have just been edited in – the car could have stopped for any reason – and who ever did it, just added a car.
