When all else fails… Look for The Rider on the White Horse
I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True.
With justice he judges and wages war.
His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns.
He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself.
He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God.
The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.”
He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:
king of kings and lord of lords.
Revelation 19
There are those among us who are faint of heart.
There are those among us who have grown weary of life, of its trials and tribulations, of its heartbreak, and with some folks, as the years are tallying up, no hope.
There are wars and rumors of wars raging all over our planet.
Earthquakes shake the ground in all parts of the globe.
There is a spirit of lawlessness that permeates the world.
What are we to do?
When all else fails. When we fell pressed in, defeated, weary of life, and without hope. May I suggest we turn to this passage in our Bibles, which is future, which heralds the end of the old system and ushers in the new. It is our future hope and it will come pass.
For what was written will come to pass. What was foretold will unfold.
The King, Yeshua/Jesus and the armies of heaven, will ride to earth on white horses that fly and we will be with Him.
The Rider on the White Horse, Jesus, will finally defeat the one who hates all of mankind and seeks to rob, kill and destroy us all. It is Satan’s system, the beast system, that we see manifesting everywhere.
The Fallen One, is the author of the chaos we see on a global level.
The King will return. There is no other rescue plan in motion and certainly mankind will not be able to undo what has been done.
I would admonish all of us to take a moment right now, and sit silently before the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Not in prayer, or praise, or our endless requests, but be still and know that He is God.
Lay our agenda at His feet and be still. Wait on the Lord…
