BBC News Video: Strange Creature Caught on Tape in Atlantic Ocean. What Is It?

The creature seen below is examined in Atlantic Ocean by BBC NEWS video. However an earlier video shows a similar creature swimming out of Atlantic Ocean.
Is it a mermaid, a strange creature, a completely new creature, an alien settling in on Earth? Or a hoax? Video here:
Hoax, you can plainly see in the beginning of the video the two feet inside the suit…the rest after that is just a fake tail.
If you ain’t showing me some Boobies, then it ain’t no Mermaid….. Nuf’ Said……
If this was “breaking news” on a mainstream TV channel it would have gotten wider coverage, on their own website at the least. (And the clip would have some audio. And the MSPaint banner across the bottom looks nothing like the Google Image results for “bbc breaking news”.)
