If you’ve even glanced at a news site recently, you’ve probably seen something related to creepy clown sightings, threats, or robberies.
Well, professional clowns around the country are banding together to make sure you know that not all clowns are threatening. They’re forming “Clown Lives Matter,” a group that advocates on behalf of professional clowns, now that people are (even more) terrified of their craft.
Jordan Jones (also known as Snuggles the Clown) told Fox 43 in Dover, Pennsylvania, that the recent clown sightings are hurting his professional reputation.
“Everyone took this as a joke but it’s really become serious now, and I just want all these teenagers to know that it’s not a game anymore.”

But Twitter wasn’t having it… AT ALL.
A Clown Lives Matter march is planned for 6:30 p.m. Oct. 15 in Tucson, Ariz., according to a local ABC affiliate.
The march was planned with the intent to show the community that clowns are nothing to be afraid of.
