Person Tracks Rocket Booster, But Finds UFO Instead, Oct 2016 (Video)

The eyewitness was trying to track a CZ3B booster rocket, but instead found this craft which looks nothing like said object. This object is unique in that is does have many right angles and yet at some moments it morphs its shape.

Eyewitness states:
Attempting to track geo sats on October 15, 2016.
NexStar 6se telescope, 25mm eyepiece, focused on moon, Sony A7s recording video at 60 frames per second.
Pointed at Echostar 7 at about AZ 264, El 48, time 2106 MST.
Video shows star drifting down thru field of view, and object rising from the bottom.
Examined about 80 frames and posted some of the more interesting ones in sequence.
Object may have been rotating.
Object tracked as CZ3B rocket booster in HeavenSat application, at roughly 8428 miles distant.
