Strange summoning event took place on December, 2016 at Hospital in Argentina.
This strange ballon was captured by 2 different peoples. In all videos you see the same sequence as the strange balloon was recorded at the same time but through the different angle and quality of each camera you can decsern that it wasnt a hoax or cgi but indeed an anomoly that appeared to everyone at hospital that day. People can be heard in shock in the backround of the video.
