A Harbinger? Giant Oarfish Found In Philippines – 11 Oarfish Washed Ashore Since January 2017! (Video)
Deep sea creatures like the Oarfish known as the Messenger from the Sea God’s Palace according to a Japanese folklore are very sensitive to the movements of faults.
It is possible that they respond to these movements with as a result that sometimes an Oarfish washed ashore. But if we are to believe the Japanese folklore these deep sea creatures appear on beaches to predict earthquakes.
Folklore or not but last week days before a 6.7 magnitude quake hit Surigao City in Caraga, Philippines an Oarfish washed ashore.
A second Oarfish was found along the shore of Barangay Gusa in the City of Cagayan de Oro on Saturday afternoon, February 18, 2017. The silvery fish, which is reportedly 15 feet long, was found alive but later died. See videos below.
And on February 20 two more Oarfish were found in the Philippines on Monday at around 6 in the evening along the coast of Barangay Kawayan in the Municipality of Libagon Southern Leyte.
Moreover, at least 11 Oarfish have washed ashore in different parts of the country since the start of the year!! See reports here.

We may wonder whether the Japanese folklore has an element of truth and these oarfish are indeed harbingers of powerful coming earthquakes.
