24, December 2014: After the release of the numerous Business Entity Tests and a number of IR35 circumstances a few years ago, members of HMRC filed press charges against them. They failed to deliver the promises they made to their contractors. Some of those criticisms were justified as an example of the scenario. The scenarios that are found on the HMRC Legislation Guide were developed to explain when and why IR35 shall apply to a certain arrangement and why and when it shall not.
Different Scenarios for IR35
There are six total scenarios as what this piece mentioned earlier. Two on the outer part of the IR35, one within, one on the borderline, one between IR35 and another one which is found on the main contract. Sadly, there is nothing new within these circumstances that contractors won’t know or see. The criteria that were used to decide whether or not the fictional contractors were inside or outside of IR35 were the suspects that HRMC depended on during those years.
About the Company
However, those incidents could be avoided if they just choose the right company to work with. And that company is TAXUP. It is a company that is situated in London. They give benefits not only to their clients, but to their employees as well. They ensure that their promises they have made will happen to gain the trust of their personnel as well as their clients.
