Police! Another video showing more police brutality and lies?

Again! In this case, police appear to steal a man’s cell phone because he was recording them, tackle him to the ground, and arrest him for “battery on an officer,” among other things.

The story doesn’t tell us why the man who was arrested didn’t leave the scene when told to. But there doesn’t seem to be any evidence at all that he assaulted an officer — and the police report (so far) seems at odds with the video.
