fact: Michael Brown was not in possession of any weapon. Therefore, he was indeed, unarmed.
fact: Most Michael Brown witnesses state that his hands were either up beside his head, out at his shoulders palms out- or waist high palms out. In any of these positions he is showing submission and that he is unarmed.
