Meanwhile, it remains silent about the structural racism and economic violence that fuel the community-to-corrections and school-to-prison pipelines.

 

Proposed Rules Regulating Domestic Drone Use Lack Police Warrant Requirement. As the Federal Aviation Administration and the White House release proposed rules for the commercial use of unmanned aerial systems, civil liberties groups warn that the rules still contain loopholes that, if not addressed through legislation, would allow law enforcement agencies to deploy domestic drones without a warrant.
