Across The World
In the 1980s when I was a medical student at University of California San Diego ( UCSD) the federal government was placing most of their defense related monies into the development of organic robotic subjects; some of which were being genetically modified. They used local seaman and marines for their experiments and modifications to merge technology into human tissue and anatomy. The purpose for this merging is not an open book and you can only speculate as to uses of such by Uncle Sam.
One of my close friends worked in the UCSD physics department at that time and was traumatized by the goings on of this form of human modification development. The last I heard he had become a gardener or something like that; removing himself from his field of physics research to become an airhead.
In the late 1980s I was part of a research group that developed new forms of energy medicine equipment. We manufactured very limited technical apparatuses to be used for medical related purposes. Purposes were carried out and the developers gained excessive notoriety from the media and health regulators. The health regulators and their supporters wanted to use this technology for use not related to good. It was decided by design engineers and corporate heads that it would be necessary to destroy relevant energy medicine equipment so as not to have the equipment confiscated.
A process was developed on the inside by therapists, physicists and engineers to place the new technology permanently into the bioelectric fields of specific subjects in the corporation so that the technology and its uses would not be lost. I was one such subject and have kept pretty quiet about it over the years.
