Closed Walmarts Are FEMA Camp Processing Centers
Marlon Brock from Big Spring, TX has decided to take up the cause and report on Jade Helm activities at the closed Walmart located in Midland, TX.
Marlon has had an interesting encounter with what he believes to be two plainclothes Jade Helm personnel who trespassed on his property while pretending to be from the electric company. This fits hand in glove with infiltration techniques that Jade Helm state that they are going to practice. He ushered the men off of his property and called his electric company and they confirmed that these two men were imposters. I had previously published the details of this encounter on my website.
It was at this point, that Marlon decided to contact me, rolled up his sleeves and began reporting on very ominous events in and around the Midland Walmart.
Marlon Brock provided me with the following photos a couple of weeks ago. However, I held on to them because I had an unidentified source who claimed that he was working inside of the Walmart in Midland and I wanted to exhaust his information before fully exposing what I knew to be true. Here is what he told me.

Dear Mr. Hodges
My name is not important but what I want to tell you may be very important to this country. I work for a private contractor that secretly goes to work sites and performs add-ons or retrofits in construction, electrical etc. We are sworn to secrecy in some of our jobs and we are very well paid.
I have been to the Walmart in Midland that you have written about and what is going on there is not normal and I dont think it is in the best interest for the people who live in the country.
Each day on this job we enter Walmart through a subterranean entrance. We are forced to change clothes and we are allowed to take nothing in so we cannot take pictures. We change clothes when we are done with our 12 hours shifts. There is work going on 24/7 in this Walmart. Our work is compartmentalized in most of our work sites so we dont know what we are working on in its final status. At this Walmart they seemto be in a hurry because I have seen enough to draw conclusions about the final product and it contains some things that you have already written about.
In each corner of the Walmart they are constructing 4 guard towers or at least they look like guard towers. There is no question what I am seeing here. This made the hairs on the back of neck stand on end. All the display counters and shelves from this Walmart have been taken out of the store. The story that they are saying about plumbing is BS.
Inside the building, I have seen men with DHS badges which we are used to seeing in the jobs that we do. This time we are also seeing men with United Nations badges and they wear the shirt and tie and like the DHS guys they have their construction helmts on as they appear to be planning as much implementing. The place is guarded by private contractor armed with automatic weapons. I have not seen one military person on the inside in uniform. It is all DHS, UN and us in this building.
Usually there are 50 to 100 people working. I have seen as many as 300 people.
This email will probably get our entire crew fired for security reasons. I will send more later.

Dear Mr. Hodges
Today was a strange day at the Midland Walmart. I arrived and the shelves and display cases that were taken out have been replaced. in the middle two thirds of the store, I can see where they have installed mini platforms that I swear look like bunk beds if you put a mattress down. They are attached as the four units are welded together. They did all of this overnight in a 12 hour shift.
They also have an area in the Northeast part of the store that has black curtains going from the ceiling to the floor and we cannot see what is going on there. You can hear drills and other construction work noises but I have no idea what they are doing. The workers in this side of the store do not speak with anyone else. in fact we do not even see them. They even have their own portable restrooms to keep them from talking to the rest of us. It is definitely something that do not want us to see.
Our people installed a TSA type of entry near the rear of the store as well as the front of the store. Also, the large and wide glass windows and doors were narrowed by alot on the inside of the store. I immediately thought of prisoners.
Today was the first time I saw military. There were about a dozen men in Army uniforms and most were officers. I saw one Colonel insignia.
We were told that we have three days left on this job. I will write after my last day.

Dear Mr. Hodges,
One of our crew was fired today as he tried to smuggle a phone in his shoe that he apparently treid to conceal within his sock. The entire crew was almost fired over this. They took him out under guard by the private security firm. We are not really allowed to talk but we all have an uneasy feeling. This is like no job we have ever done.
Today, some the crew started tearing out some of the ventilation system in what must be a change in how they are going to pump air or something else into the store. Some of this work required working on the roof were it felt like 150 degrees. This building was completely retrofitted. and they are not done. This is not a WMart any longer. I think it is a prison of sorts.
Today, there were more military in the building who walked around with DHS. I did not see any UN guys today.
This just does not feel right. I have a very bad feeling. Back at where we are staying, one guy asked me what I thought. We are required to keep our mouth shut. This guy has only been on one job before this, so I cannot trust him. But he said he a very bad feeling like we were building a prison and maybe its time that he gets a regular job.
This will be the last time I write to you. I go home tomorrow. I hope you get this out there soon. People need to know the weird things that we have seen. I have done a lot of jobs that are secretive but nothing like this. I almost forgot to mention that when we were coming in this morning in the next tunnel over there were the sounds of heavy construction. Mr Hodges you need to ask your readers why they never see anyone coming in and out of the front door of this Walmart yet I saw from the roof that they have the private contractor security out in the parking lot.

The next photos show what work is being conducted at the WM in Midland Texas. You see people on the roof apparently working on the ventilation system. I saw no plumbing companies or any sign that plumbing was being repaired, i.e. pipes etc. There is a white unmarked van in the back. One picture shows a “worker” staring at me.
Taking out all the shelving. What are they making room for? Doesn’t this match what Watcher said about the shelving disappearing from this Walmart?
Please note the unmarked white vans. Very similar to the vans used in Ft. Lauderdale’s extraction drills on March 27th.
Since when do you fix plumbing from the roof? It is likely that this is part of the ventilation system work that “Watcher” wrote about.

I did some research on Central Defense and on the surface, I found nothing unusual as they appear to be simply a security firm that provides both armed and unarmed security services. But sometimes, it is not what a corporation says about itself, it is what they do not say that becomes a matter of interest.
The company claims that they provide security for Fortune 100 companies. Yet, as most companies would do, in order to better market their service, they do not mention one of these companies for promotional purposes. There is not one testimonial of any substance on their website which would serve to promote the validity of their services. Instead, the only promotion that we see on their website is that they provided security for some children’s picnic activity. However, they do admit that they do work for the government. The word clandestine comes to mind when it comes to the services provided by Central Defense Security. Or, they have the worst marketing strategies in the history of security services.
Phone calls to their corporate headquarters in Memphis, regarding the nature of their work at the Midland Walmart, went unreturned.
Conclusion
I have reconsidered my position that Walmart and FEMA camps are not related. I now think it is likely that they are processing centers for political prisoners. We need more information and I encourage the locals to do more leg work and report your findings here.

They are taking down the shelving because they are closing down the store. FEMA has nothing to do with it. Businesses make the decision to close when it is no longer profitable for them. I lived in Upstate NY when a Lowes, that only opened a few years before, decided to shut it’s doors suddenly. Various other reasons contributed to it, (state, feds, interest groups, were on their butt for every little issue prior to opening, then the economy tanked and the bridge to Vermont closed eliminating a main corridor of potential business, all in the same time frame) as is the same with Walmart (labor unions) but the main reason was lack of profit. If it is costing any business more to stay open then they are taking in, it is time to shut the doors.

I tend to agree that they’d be doing this everywhere instead of just a few locations like Midland, TX. However, sometimes things need to be done incrementally so as to not gain too much attention (just think if a Walmart in every big city were to close for “plumbing” issues). Also, sometimes you need to do a test deployment before taking something nation wide. Just saying that while it is unlikely they are turning this into a FEMA camp, you cannot dismiss that with the argument that “they’d be doing this everywhere”.

It’s not irony. Most ads served to web pages these day are determined by the subject matter of the page and by the browsing habits of the user (you). Based on the topic of this article and the conversation going on here, it’s not surprising that it thinks you’re interested in Wal Mart ads.

Always remember FEMA camp needs to ship people. French and Dutch people who lived near train tracks during WW2 documented and noted the daily times it past them. Large transport Ships were sunk in harbours to block them from the docking, and aircraft were damaged from flying. Those worked out great for them but the single most important and easier way they stopped them is stop them when they are leaving and entering the bases. This way removing key personnel from flying (like a piolet or air traffic controller) while they are outside the base leaves them few people knowing how to fly them or steer them. So even maintenance personnel to make repairs, if they can’t come in out, leaves no one knowing how to repair them. So these unknown WW2 hero’s stopped as many people they could one at a time outside the bases, when they were alone. So people who lived near those places monitored the personnel and supplies going into/out of the bases. Just like fuel. Each need a continuous supply in all the time to keep them flying or sailing… They followed where the tanks were supplying them and destroyed them so no gas no flying or sailing to harm others. Millions of unsung Patrioits of WW2 were unknowns, so everyone played a part on their end. They never knew if it helped, but down the chain, it did all add up to disrupt their resupplies and lines…

That looks like the typical scrap-hauling set up. The load was ‘thrown in’ by either demo workers (who may or may not be part of the trucking company – if it is not an independent carrier), or by any laborers, a fact which of itself, matters not. The tractor has some kind of logo on it. It may be individually owned, or belong to a company. That is difficult to tell, but it shows nothing abnormal. The trailer is the standard demolition type contractor’s issue. It makes many trips to the local recycle yard. There it will be picked through, picked apart, separated by magnet crane (if necessary). It will be cubed and taken to steel or aluminum plants (example Alcoa) for re-manufacture.
I know this as a former truck driver who hauled countless cubed loads of all types of reclaimed materials. IMO, there is noting suspicious or untoward about /this/ aspect of the project – whatever it is. The scrap truckers know nothing about the pickup site other than ‘check-in’, weight scales, ‘check-out’. Whatever else is going on in this and other Walmarts seems far from normal, given all the related questionable events ongoing.
Who owns the trucking company? Where are the off loading?

The problem I have with articles like this is that they’re based almost entirely on conjecture without verifiable facts to back up that conjecture.
It’s not that you shouldn’t wonder why a bunch of Walmarts suddenly closed. That’s a very odd occurrence. It’s not that you shouldn’t be at least a little curious about a pretty major military training operation being conducted off base. You should. It’s your responsibility to be concerned.
But none of these articles are presenting strong evidence linking the two issues. They’re taking giant leaps of logic that aren’t supported by facts.
Fact: Five or six Walmarts abruptly closed in Florida, Texas, California and I think Kansas or Oklahoma. That is fact. That is weird. Walmart claims it’s to resolve plumbing issues. So they’re closing for six months in six different locations that all have plumbing issues? I don’t believe that story either.
But I also know that Walmart is publically traded on the NYSE. It has shareholders. It has a board of directors. It has millions of employees. These people all have a vested interest in Walmart making money and lots of it. Do you really think their major shareholders or board of directors want to see them close six retail locations in order to turn them into jails??? Seriously? It makes no sense. They want those stores open and selling merchandise if at all possible.
Also, why would the military or FEMA or DHS or the president or anyone else specifically want to turn Walmarts into prisons? Why not Target stores? Why not one of the thousands of abandoned buildings in any of these towns? Why not build from scratch? Giant big box retail outlets are not constructed to be prisons and it’s probably a ridiculously complex and expensive task to convert a big empty building with thin walls and thin roofs and no infrastructure designed to contain and support prisoners.
If I was building a prison for a lot of people I’d do what we do already – I’d find a big patch of Nevada desert and build myself a supermax complex. If not there, then I’d at least find better buildings than Walmarts to house my prisons.
And even if you can get past the logistical stupidity and complexity of retrofitting a retail store into a prison there’s still no logical connection between closing a Walmart, Jade Helm and some sort of martial law scenario. I could just as easily connect this to a plan by Walmart to retrofit all of their stores to be solar powered and operated 24/7 by computers and robots, replacing their workforce. I have just as much evidence for that scenario as I do for Walmarts being turned into prisons.
When you make a logical argument, you have to be able to have hard facts and evidence linking each of your premises together.
So far, the chain of facts reads like this: Walmarts close abruptly + Construction crews doing work at Walmarts + ???
That’s all you’ve got.
Same thing with Jade Helm: Army announces major summer training exercises in southwest USA + ???
There’s no evidence linking a previously announced training exercise to anything sinister. The logic chain ends when your hard evidence runs out.
If you want to link Jade Helm to martial law, show me a document that specifically connects Jade Helm to plans for a crackdown and martial law. Also show me a motive that is based on evidence, not conjecture. Seriously, what’s the motive here? There is no active succession going on in any of these states. There’s no active anti-government resistance occurring. So why would you need to spend time and resources implementing military rule in a couple of massive states where there’s no particular threat or problem? What’s the point? Texas is still part of America and isn’t going anywhere. Martial law is pointless when there’s no one resisting you to begin with.
Further, if you want to connect Jade Helm to Walmart, show me the real connection. If there are guard houses inside a Walmart, show me a darn picture. If the best you can offer is a photo of scrap metal being hauled away and a private security truck, that’s not good enough. My local supermarket uses private security every single day. There are three scrap yards in my town alone and they routinely take in truckloads of metal from closed or remodeled buildings.
I’m rambling here. But basically all I’m saying is that people are connecting events without sufficient evidence to make the connection and then they are drawing conclusions not based in fact. This is Logic 101 class. Basic freshman level philosophy class stuff.

Here in my region a Walmart was closed because the personnel wanted to unionize. They won some settlement a few months back – but Walmart didn’t re-open that particular store.

TARGETS here in Canada closed down, nearly, the same time that the Walmarts did…I have one down the street from me…it was in operation for no more than a year, at best – they spent months preparing that store to open, and then, bam! – immediate closure…and now has sat, totally empty, for the last two months.

Look at how clear the first 3 are and how blurred the last 3 are. Also, since when does a WalMart put sheet metal around the top portion of their super center buildings? I drove by the Walmart in Midland on Sunday (and I’ll do it again tomorrow evening!) and there is nothing going on there. If I could get a guarantee from one of these whack jobs at BIN, I’d send pictures to prove it on Friday.
